My candidate’s assessment is unreliable. How do I request that they retake the assessment?

If an assessment is unreliable, there are no results generated. You will be prompted on the Candidate Details of an unreliable assessment to request that the candidate retake the assessment. An email template with detailed instructions for the candidate is available, or you can create your own email. 

Once the Request Retake button is selected, the email is sent to the candidate and the assessment is reassigned with a new access code. Note that a record of the first email request to the candidate will be viewable on the newly assigned assessment for historical purposes.

If the assessment comes back a second time with unreliable results, it is not recommended for the candidate to retake the assessment a third time. In this case, move forward in your interview process without the ZERORISK results and use your other hiring processes to guide your hire.
