What are Thinking Dimensions?
The ZERORISK Hiring System looks at three separate thinking dimensions; Intrinsic, Extrinsic, and Systemic.
- Intrinsic is the “people” dimension. It is the uniqueness with which we view people; it corresponds to the Intuition and Empathy and Self View sections.
- Extrinsic is the “performance” dimension. It is relative/comparative thinking; it corresponds to the Decisiveness and Self Awareness sections.
- Systemic is the “mission and goals” dimension. It concerns absolutes, goals, and standards; it corresponds to the Adherence and Organization and Self Expectations sections.
