How did ZERORISK come up with the benchmarks?

The benchmarks have been created through industry and client research and derived from numerous companies within a particular industry (e.g., banking, auto, etc.). These companies identified the top, average, and weaker performers based on key performance indicators (e.g., sales, customer satisfaction, turnover, etc.). ZERORISK performed statistical analysis on the trends and differentiating factors within the performance groups.
